MIDLAND, TX – The IFMA Permian Basin Chapter is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with Skillpoint Alliance Permian Basin to launch the Tool Bags for Grads program. This initiative is designed to provide essential professional tools to graduating trade students, ensuring they are fully equipped to enter the workforce and succeed in their new careers.

Entering a trade requires more than just knowledge; it requires a significant investment in high-quality tools. For many new graduates, the cost of a professional-grade toolkit can be a barrier to employment. The Tool Bags for Grads program removes this obstacle by providing graduates with the foundational gear necessary to hit the ground running on day one.
