The Mission
Bridging the gap between graduation and the first day on the job. We support Skillpoint Alliance Permian Basin graduates by providing the essential professional tools they need to succeed in HVAC and Electrical trades.
Why It Matters
- The Barrier: High-quality tools are a significant upfront cost for new graduates.
- The Impact: 400 students annually enter the Permian Basin workforce.
- The Goal: Ensure every graduate is "job-ready" on day one.
What your donation funds
- Open Donations: Open donations will be added to the fund we use to purchase Tools and Bags.
- HVAC/Plumbing Tool Bag: $550 provides one graduating student the tools they need day one.
- Electrical Tool Bag: $600 provides one graduating student the tools they need day one.
